Introducing the newest addition to our candle range - a luxurious blend of pure soya wax and carefully chosen essential oils, designed to bring warmth and light to any space. This luxury candle is a collaboration between Belhaven Botanicals and Willow and Finn.

The candle's wooden wick offers a clean, gentle burn; releasing soft, uplifting citrus notes that fill the air with a sense of comfort and calm. The scent is reminiscent of the golden glow of winter sunsets over Belhaven Bay, capturing that quiet, lingering warmth that softens even the coldest of evenings.

About this collaboration . . .

It has been a true privilege to collaborate with Willow and Finn, a brand that shares my passion for sustainability, creativity and wellness. Founded in 2019 by Nicky, a qualified perfumer, Willow and Finn is a sustainable candle company creating beautiful balanced, small batch soya candles, wax melts and bath and body products that promote calm, mindfulness and connection.

At the heart of the brand is a deep commitment to eco conscious living. Nicky champions sustainability through thoughtful choices. Using vegetable wax and wooden wicks and offering a refill service reducing waste and promoting mindful consumption.

Beyond her beautiful products Nicky is incredibly supportive and generous with the creative community. Through her workshops, mentoring and detailed guides on building a sustainable candle brand, she helps others follow their passion while staying true to ethical and environmental values.

We hope you love your Belhaven Botanicals products as much as we loved making them. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Cancelling Your Order

Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items. This applies to all standard, non-personalised products.

To cancel your order or arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

It must be in resalable condition

We are unable to accept returns of products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any candles that have been lit or unsealed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return.

Refunds will include the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge (if paid). We do not refund upgraded delivery options.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free delivery to the following local postcodes: EH31, EH39, EH40, EH41, EH42 & TD13.
Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days — delivered with care by our Eilidh.

UK Standard Delivery
For all other UK and Northern Ireland addresses, we offer a Standard Delivery service via Royal Mail or courier, also arriving within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout (free local delivery will be applied automatically for eligible postcodes).
