SHIPPING POLICY

Free Local Delivery


We offer free delivery to the following local postcodes: EH31, EH39, EH40, EH41, EH42 & TD13.


Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days — delivered with care by our Eilidh.

 

UK Standard Delivery


For all other UK and Northern Ireland addresses, we offer a Standard Delivery service via Royal Mail or courier, also arriving within 3 to 5 business days.


Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout (free local delivery will be applied automatically for eligible postcodes).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Belhaven Botanicals products as much as we loved making them. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Cancelling Your Order

​

Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items. This applies to all standard, non-personalised products.

To cancel your order or arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.

Returns

​

To be eligible for a return:

​

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

It must be in resalable condition.

​

We are unable to accept returns of products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any candles that have been lit or unsealed.

Return Shipping

​

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

​

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return.

​

Refunds will include the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge (if paid). We do not refund upgraded delivery options.

Damaged or Faulty Items

​

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
