Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return.

Refunds will include the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge (if paid). We do not refund upgraded delivery options.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
